Restoring Sharepoint to different site

SW INFO:

-Sharepoint 2010

-DPM 2012SP1

I have site http://aims/company in SERVER1. I already backup using DPM and now want to restore to http://aims-uat in SERVER2

So in destination will be shown as http://aims-uat/company

PROBLEM:

When I restore I got this error

Base on below url. Do you think I need to create http://aims as well in destination Sharepoint SERVER2
